Notes

⁃ Deposit of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended upon designation as a cautionary asset or termination of trading support. If so, a separate notice will be provided.

⁃ For virtual assets for which trading support is terminated, KRW value conversion is not possible, so the Travel Rule applies in all cases. Therefore, you can withdraw them only by entering the recipient's information or receiving approval for an external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

⁃ All unexecuted orders will be collectively canceled after the trading support termination date.

⁃ Existing trading records will remain even after the withdrawal support ends.

⁃ You must generate a deposit wallet address for the relevant virtual asset before the trading support termination date to enable withdrawals after trading support ends.

⁃ The period for termination of trading support may be shortened according to legal or institutional requirements or the occurrence of special circumstances during the process of termination. In such cases, a separate notice will be provided.

• After the withdrawal support period ends, you may still request withdrawals through Coinone Customer Center. However, a certain fee may apply for withdrawals of unsupported virtual assets.
