On the 11th (local time), according to the digital asset-focused media outlet CryptoDNES, CEO Teng recently appeared on Fox Business' 'Mornings with Maria' and commented, "Some countries are integrating digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum as part of their foreign exchange reserves," adding, "This reflects a structural shift in global financial policy."
Teng cited Bhutan as a representative example. Currently, Bhutan, in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and DK Bank, allows Bitcoin payments at more than 1,000 tourism-related businesses. Additionally, it is reported that Bhutan has incorporated Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Binance Coin into its strategic sovereign wealth fund. Bhutan has also been mining Bitcoin using renewable energy for the past five years.
He evaluated, "President Trump adopting blockchain and artificial intelligence as strategic assets served as a catalyst for the shift in (digital asset) regulations." He stated, "Cryptocurrencies could become the key to achieving the American dream of homeownership," and, "When the United States leads, the rest of the world follows."
CEO Teng also noted, "Binance now has more than 280 million users," adding, "Participation from corporate treasuries, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices is ramping up." He concluded, "The global adoption rate is still only 7%, but the next 10% will be achieved even faster."
