There were more long position liquidations than short. More specifically, $140.45 million of long positions were liquidated, while $63.66 million of short positions were liquidated.
Ethereum (ETH) saw $30.84 million in position liquidations within 24 hours, with $22.69 million in long positions and $8.15 million in short positions liquidated. XRP followed, with $19.5 million liquidated. The liquidation breakdown for long and short positions was $14.9 million and $4.6 million, respectively.
As of 10:08 AM, according to the Binance USDT market, Ethereum and XRP are trading at $2,947 and $2.7457, respectively, up 0.50% and 0.47% compared to 24 hours ago.
