Tao Alpha, an artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure company listed on the London Stock Exchange in the UK, has started purchasing Bitcoin (BTC).

According to virtual asset (cryptocurrency) news channel NLNico on the 14th (local time), Tao Alpha announced in a press release, "We have purchased 28.56 BTC," adding, "This amounts to approximately £2.5 million (about $3.37 million)." The average purchase price per 1 BTC was around $118,159.

Prior to this, Tao Alpha announced that it had changed its company name to Satsuma Technology and would begin its Bitcoin accumulation strategy.
