Grayscale Applies for Private IPO

It has been revealed that the asset management firm Grayscale has applied for an initial public offering (IPO).

According to Walter Bloomberg on the 14th (local time), Grayscale submitted a confidential IPO application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
