On the 16th (local time), Eleanor Terrett, a host at CryptoAmerica, stated on her X (formerly Twitter), "According to the voting schedule sent from the House, a procedural vote is expected to take place around 12:20 p.m. (local time, 1:20 a.m. KST on the 17th). If the procedural vote is passed, debate and a final passage vote can follow."
