He further commented, "The proceeds will greatly help cover the budget deficit."

He also mentioned, "The founder of Michael Saylor's Strategy may purchase this quantity," while adding, "It would be best if the US government does not stockpile Bitcoin."

Meanwhile, it is reported that the UK government is pushing to sell Bitcoin that was confiscated in a 2018 Ponzi scheme crackdown. The amount involved is 61,000 BTC, valued at approximately £5.4 billion (about $7.3 billion).
