In the past 24 hours, the size of liquidations in the perpetual cryptocurrency futures market reached $316.3 million.
According to CoinGlass data on the 23rd (local time), a total of $316.3 million worth of futures positions were liquidated in the crypto market over the last 24 hours. Specifically, long positions accounted for $164.97 million in liquidations, while short positions saw $136.66 million liquidated.
Ethereum recorded the largest amount of liquidations. Within 24 hours, Ethereum saw $97.38 million in positions liquidated, including $60.35 million in long positions and $37.03 million in short positions. Bitcoin (BTC) ranked second with $46.17 million liquidated during the same period. The liquidation amounts for long and short positions were $17.65 million and $28.52 million, respectively.
As of 2:52 PM, based on the Binance USDT market, Bitcoin and Ethereum are trading at $118,663 and $3,716 respectively, down 1.21% and 0.82% from 24 hours ago.
