Distributed benefits are counted as 'other income' for the member, and if a member’s total other income exceeds 3,000,000 KRW per year, it may be subject to comprehensive taxation.

If the benefit amount exceeds 50,000 KRW, the associated tax (22% of the benefit) will be borne by the member.

The event may be changed or terminated early if unavoidable due to Coinone’s circumstances or amendments to relevant laws and regulations.

If you participate in the event by methods contrary to its intent (such as rejoining after withdrawal) or through abnormal or illegal methods (such as identity theft), or disrupt the event operation, you may be excluded from benefit eligibility.

If a member cannot use Coinone’s services due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the member will be excluded from event participation and benefit eligibility.

The benefit distribution date may be changed due to Coinone’s circumstances.

Depending on Coinone’s circumstances, the provided virtual asset may be changed to another virtual asset of equal KRW-converted value.

Benefits are distributed to the Coinone account and the linkage with a KakaoBank account must be completed.

Since the benefit is distributed to the member’s Coinone account, if the member withdraws before distribution, the benefit cannot be sent.

If a member fails to comply with the customer verification obligations under the terms and conditions, the member will be excluded from the event.
