• Upbit reviewed Pundi AI (PUNDIAI) under the exemplary cases for virtual asset trading support, and found that there were multiple shortcomings, such as past security incidents like hacking and the issuer or operator failing to promptly disclose essential matters regarding the virtual asset through proper electronic means. Considering the risk of potential user harm, Pundi AI was designated as an item of caution on July 14, 2025. After further thorough review, Upbit determined that the reasons for caution designation had not been resolved and, by policy, decided to proceed with the trading support termination.

• Even after trading support for this digital asset is terminated, withdrawals will be supported for 30 days from the termination date (~2025-09-29) in accordance with the Trading Support Termination Policy.

• Members who need to withdraw this digital asset must complete withdrawals before 2025-09-29. If assets are deposited (or mistakenly sent) after trading support ends, deposits cannot be processed, and after the withdrawal period ends, return of mis-sent assets may take a very long time due to technical reasons.
