According to The Block, a cryptocurrency-focused media outlet, on the 28th (local time), Bitfinex-backed Layer 1 blockchain project Plasma has raised a total of $337 million through its recent XPL token sale.

The token sale lasted for 10 days and exceeded the original target of $50 million by more than 7 times. Of the planned 1 billion XPL total supply, 10% was sold to early participants.

Plasma is a Layer 1 network supporting fee-free transfers of Tether (USDT), aiming to build infrastructure focused on efficiency and scalability.
