According to WuBlockchain on the 28th (local time), the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) has submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a 19b-4 filing for an exchange rules amendment regarding the listing of a Solana (SOL) Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF) that Invesco and Galaxy plan to launch jointly.
Earlier in June, Invesco and Galaxy also submitted a securities registration statement (S-1) for the ETF to the SEC.
