According to Reuters on the 29th (local time), President Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One (the presidential plane) traveling from Scotland to Washington, "The deadline for Russia to end the war is 10 days from today."
This significantly shortens the previous 50-day ceasefire period that President Trump had proposed to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
President Trump said, "I am disappointed in President Putin," adding, "We have not received any response yet. It is regrettable."
He also added, "We are prepared to impose a range of sanctions on Russia, including tariffs."
