According to virtual asset (cryptocurrency) specialty media outlet O'Daily on the 1st, Simon Gerovich, CEO of Metaplanet, announced through X (formerly Twitter) that "the company has submitted a securities registration withdrawal statement to the Japanese financial authorities in relation to the plan."
Previously, on the 28th of last month, Metaplanet additionally purchased 780 Bitcoins. Metaplanet's total Bitcoin holdings amount to 17,132.
