On the 7th (local time), SharpLink Gaming announced via its official X (formerly Twitter) account that it had secured a total of $200 million through a direct public offering at $19.5 per share. SharpLink Gaming added, "The newly raised funds will be used for Ethereum purchases."
SharpLink Gaming reiterated its commitment to accumulating Ethereum. The company stated, "Our mission is to accumulate and stake Ethereum and increase the 'ETH-per-share' value," further adding, "Ethereum has become a foundation of global finance."
