On the 16th, on-chain analytics platform Lookonchain announced via X (formerly Twitter) that "A Bitcoin whale wallet (address starting with '19D5J8') transferred 3,000 BTC (worth $353.16 million) to two new wallets about 2 hours ago." The wallet now holds a total of 23,969 BTC. This equals $2.82 billion (approximately ₩3.9198 trillion).
According to Lookonchain, this wallet had been classified as a dormant wallet with no transactions in the past 5 years. The specific reason for this large movement has not been identified.
