Dunamu, which operates the cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, announced on the 18th that it has attracted 100 corporate clients capable of converting cryptocurrency to cash for the first time in the industry.
Among Upbit’s corporate clients are the Prosecutor's Office, Community Chest of Korea (Love Fruit), and Coinone. According to the financial authorities’ roadmap, as of June 1 this year, law enforcement agencies, nonprofit corporations, and cryptocurrency exchanges that meet the established criteria are now able to sell cryptocurrency for the purpose of conversion to cash.
