Optimism has been raised that Bitcoin (BTC) could reach $175,000 by the end of the year.

On the 21st (local time), Leah Wald, CEO of SOL Strategies, stated in an interview with CNBC-TV18, "Bitcoin could climb to around $175,000 by year-end," adding, "This is a more conservative figure than projections put forth by other investment firms or analysts."

Wald emphasized the long-term potential of Bitcoin. She also analyzed that institutional involvement is further reinforcing the price outlook. She noted, "Top investors around the world, such as Cathie Wood, CEO of Ark Invest, and Larry Fink, Chairman of BlackRock, are presenting astronomically high targets for Bitcoin's potential," and added, "Their forecasts are backed by very solid reasoning based on their own models."

Wald explained that perceptions regarding the virtual asset (cryptocurrency) market have also changed. She said, "After the FTX collapse, the industry was severely impacted," but stressed, "Now, major global asset management firms are supporting the industry and bringing it into the mainstream financial system."

She continued, "Now, virtual assets have moved beyond the mere speculative stage. A structural shift is underway in which traditional finance itself is being reconstructed over blockchain infrastructure," and added, "Such changes are transforming the overall design and functioning of the global financial system. I'm very optimistic about Bitcoin's future."
