Ethereum (ETH) has hit an all-time high recently, but the network usage fee, known as gas fees, remains at low levels.
According to a report by the crypto-focused media outlet Wu Blockchain on the 23rd (local time), the median daily gas fee on the Ethereum network stayed below 1 gwei throughout last week. Despite Ethereum recently surpassing the $4,800 mark for a record high, network fees have stayed low compared to the past.
In particular, on the 16th and 17th, the fees were recorded at 0.396 gwei and 0.432 gwei respectively, marking the lowest and third-lowest levels in the past five years.
