According to Business Wire on the 27th (local time), DDC stated in a press release, "We have additionally purchased 120 BTC," and added, "The average purchase price was $108,384." It further stated, "The total number of Bitcoins in our reserves reached 1,008 in just 96 days since we began accumulating," and "We are now ranked 42nd among global public companies in terms of Bitcoin holdings."
Norma Chu, the founder of DDC, said, "We will do our best to achieve our goal of securing 10,000 BTC by the end of this year."
