Web3 infrastructure company KGeN announced on the 29th that it has surpassed annual recurring revenue (ARR) of $34 million two and a half years after its launch.

KGeN is a decentralized verification protocol with users in over 100 countries and more than 35 million users. According to DeFiLlama, KGeN ranked among the top 25 projects by global revenue and was third worldwide in the user activity metric (UAW).

KGeN is used in various fields such as artificial intelligence (AI), DeFi, and gaming projects. Its main clients are developers who want to train AI models, services seeking to acquire new users, and game companies aiming to build loyal fandoms. It verifies that all users are real, enabling "trustworthy distribution." In particular, recently 10% of total revenue came from AI projects. A KGeN representative said, "It is quickly establishing itself as core infrastructure for the AI economy."

South Korea is a key market KGeN is focusing on. To this end, KGeN will hold the 'VeriFi Conference' in Seoul on the 3rd of next month. The event will bring together major domestic virtual asset industry stakeholders to share how KGeN's distributed infrastructure will change the Web3 ecosystem.
