Amsterdam Stock Exchange-listed 'Treasury' has made its first Bitcoin (BTC) purchase. It was about 1000BTC.

On the 3rd (local time), Bitcoin Treasury said via X (formerly Twitter) "Treasury aims to become Europe's largest Bitcoin reserve company," and "By buying 1000BTC, the accumulation has now begun in earnest," it said. This purchase ranked Treasury 45th among listed companies by Bitcoin reserves.

Previously, Treasury received a $147 million investment from Winklevoss Capital and Nakamoto Holdings.
