Summary
- Wyoming announced that it has officially selected Hedera (HBAR) blockchain as a candidate issuance network for Frontier Stable Token (FRNT).
- This decision adds Hedera to the existing seven blockchains, and the FRNT supported network is expected to expand.
- Currently FRNT cannot be purchased directly by general investors, and details regarding purchases will be announced later.

Wyoming's stablecoin 'Frontier Stable Token (FRNT)' is expected to be issued on the Hedera (HBAR) blockchain this month.
On the 4th (local time), Hedera announced that "the Wyoming Stablecoin Committee, after reviewing multiple blockchains, selected Hedera as a candidate network for FRNT issuance and approved it." Anthony Apollo, the committee's executive director, explained the rationale for the candidate selection, saying, "Hedera's technical superiority aligns with the committee's security and regulatory compliance goals."
FRNT was launched on mainnet last August and simultaneously operated on seven blockchains — Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), Arbitrum (ARB), Avalanche (AVAX), Polygon (DOT), Optimism (OP), and Base (BASE). With the new addition of Hedera, the supported networks are expected to expand.
However, FRNT is not yet at a stage where general investors can buy it directly. The committee advised, "Users will not have purchase options for the time being." Hedera also stated, "Details regarding purchases will be provided soon."
