Notes

⁃ When an asset is designated as subject to trading caution or when trading support is terminated, deposits of the relevant virtual asset may be suspended. In that case, we will notify you via a separate announcement.

⁃ For assets whose trading support has been terminated, conversion to Korean won value may be impossible, and the Travel Rule will apply in all cases. Therefore, withdrawals can be made only after entering additional recipient information or after approving the external wallet withdrawal address (whitelisting).

⁃ All unfilled orders after the trading support termination date will be canceled.

⁃ Existing transaction records will be retained even after the withdrawal support termination schedule.

⁃ You must have a deposit wallet address issued for the relevant virtual asset prior to the trading support termination schedule in order to be able to withdraw after the trading support termination.

⁃ During the process of terminating trading support, the trading support termination period may be shortened due to legal or regulatory requirements or the occurrence of exceptional circumstances. In that case, we will notify you via a separate announcement.

• After the withdrawal support period has passed, you can still request withdrawals through Coinone Customer Center. However, a fee may apply to withdrawals of virtual assets that are not supported for trading. (Related link)

• For virtual assets whose trading support has been terminated, technical support such as mainnet changes, contract changes, airdrops, token swaps, and network updates may be discontinued, and as a result the value of the virtual asset may decline or disappear.
