Samsung Securities on the 9th signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) at Kanto's New York headquarters to strengthen cooperation across its securities business with global integrated financial firm Kanto.

At the signing ceremony, President Park Jong-mun (right) and Pascal Vandleir, co-Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kanto, attended.

Under this agreement, the scope of collaboration will be expanded beyond the existing U.S. stock brokerage (agency trading) service to include capital raising, digital finance, and research. Founded in 1945, Kanto has established bases in 60 locations worldwide, including its New York headquarters.
