DAXA·Korea Capital Market Institute launches 'Digital Asset Market Study Group'

The Digital Asset Exchange Joint Consultative Body (DAXA) announced on the 11th that it has launched the 'Digital Asset Market Study Group' together with the Korea Capital Market Institute and published the first research output, the report 'Digital Asset Market Regulatory Trends.'

This report is composed of content on overseas and domestic regulatory changes. Specifically, in 'Overseas Digital Asset Market Regulatory Focus,' which was taken charge of by Kim Gap-rae, center director at the Korea Capital Market Institute, the significance of the GENIUS Act was addressed, and in 'Domestic Digital Asset Market Regulatory Trends,' compiled by senior researcher Shin Gyeong-hee, analysis of major bills introduced in the 22nd National Assembly was included.

DAXA and the Korea Capital Market Institute plan to continuously study topics that align with the government's digital asset policy pledges through this study group. Through this, they intend to provide reliable analysis and information to various stakeholders such as policymakers, market participants, and investors.

Kim Se-wan, president of the Korea Capital Market Institute, said, "I hope this report becomes the knowledge base that supports the national agenda of 'building a digital asset ecosystem.'"
