FTX and Alameda Research, which are undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, have been found to have distributed unstaked Solana (SOL) amounts to multiple addresses.
On the 12th, crypto on-chain analyst Amber CN reported via X (formerly Twitter) that "FTX·Alameda distributed 192,000 SOL (about $43.56 million·about 60.6 billion won) to 28 addresses". Earlier that day, they had unstaked the amount.
Amber CN said, "FTX·Alameda have, since November 2023, recovered and transferred a cumulative 8,980,000 SOL (about $1.22 billion) in the same manner," adding, "The average transfer price was $134, and currently 4,184,000 SOL (about $960 million) remain staked in the wallet."
