On the 13th, according to El Salvador's government Bitcoin Office, the government bought 28 BTC over the past seven days. In particular, it was reported to have purchased 21 BTC in a single day on the 8th. As a result, El Salvador's total holdings increased to 6318.18 BTC, with an estimated value of about $732 million (about ₩1.02 trillion).
Meanwhile, El Salvador was the first country in the world to adopt Bitcoin as legal tender in 2021, and since November 2022 has continued a policy of purchasing 1 BTC daily.
