On the 16th (local time), according to CoinGlass data, a total of $404.1 million in futures positions were liquidated in the crypto market over the past 24 hours. Specifically, $334.14 million in long positions were liquidated, and $59.02 million in short positions were liquidated.

The asset with the largest liquidation volume was Ethereum (ETH). Over 24 hours, $109.11 million in positions were liquidated for Ethereum, of which $94.53 million were long positions and $14.58 million were short positions. Bitcoin (BTC) ranked second. In the same period, $38 million in Bitcoin liquidations occurred, of which $31.17 million were long positions and $6.83 million were short positions.
