Matrixport "U.S. economy resilient… Bitcoin will continue its uptrend"

As the U.S. economy enters a recovery trend, an analysis says the Bitcoin (BTC) bull market will continue.

On the 18th (local time), Matrixport said in a report, "The U.S. economy remains resilient. As credit spreads have narrowed, refinancing costs have fallen, and tariff shocks are being absorbed." It added, "Easier financing conditions and efficiency gains from corporate use of artificial intelligence (AI) are strengthening the foundation for risk assets," and "Given that past credit spread narrowing coincided with rallies in stocks and Bitcoin, there is a high possibility this (Bitcoin) rally will extend."

However, inflation was still identified as a variable. Matrixport said, "Although the current inflation rate exceeds the target, our model analysis shows that the (inflation rate) will fall below 2.0% within a few quarters," explaining, "This is a factor that widens the room for the U.S. Federal Reserve (Fed) to enter a long-term easing cycle."

It added, "Considering a slowdown in energy and housing costs, the likelihood of inflation becoming stuck above 3% is low," and emphasized, "The key driver that would lead Bitcoin's next upswing is not yet clear. However, a new uptrend has already formed."
