Brian Armstrong, CEO of Coinbase, projected a long-term price outlook for Bitcoin (BTC) of 1,000,000 dollars by 2030. He also outlined plans to develop Coinbase into a comprehensive financial services "super app."

On the 20th, Armstrong told Fox Business in an interview, "With regulatory clarity, strategic Bitcoin holdings by the U.S. government, and increased inflows into spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs), strong trends are converging that will significantly boost long-term demand for Bitcoin," adding, "Because Bitcoin's issuance cap is limited to 21 million, it is very likely to reach 1,000,000 dollars by around 2030."

He also said, "Coinbase aims to become users' primary financial account beyond being a simple exchange," and explained, "We will evolve into a super app covering custody·trading·payments·staking rewards, etc." He went on, "The launch of a credit card offering 4% Bitcoin rewards is also part of the same strategy," explaining, "The goal is to provide users with a better financial services experience."
