According to CoinGlass data on the 22nd (local time), a total of $1.7 billion worth of futures positions were liquidated in the virtual asset market over the past 24 hours. Specifically, $1.61 billion in long positions were liquidated, and $85.57 million in short positions were liquidated.
The asset with the largest liquidation volume was Ethereum (ETH). Over the past 24 hours, $492.4 million worth of Ethereum positions were liquidated, of which $475.8 million were long positions and $16.6 million were short positions. During the same period, Bitcoin (BTC) saw $283.72 million in liquidations, of which $277.05 million were long positions and $6.67 million were short positions.
