Coinone officially opens top-tier customer program 'VIP CLUB'

Domestic virtual asset exchange Coinone announced on the 23rd that it has officially opened its top-tier customer program, 'VIP Club.'

VIP Club is a premium membership for Coinone's top-tier customers. Customers who have a trading history of at least KRW 3 billion in the previous month on Coinone or other exchanges can apply through the Coinone VIP Club dedicated page. Coinone reviews applications according to the VIP assessment criteria and assigns tiers on the first day of each month.

Coinone VIP is classified into five tiers according to trading performance: ▲Bronze (monthly KRW 3 billion or more) ▲Silver (monthly KRW 5 billion or more) ▲Gold (monthly KRW 10 billion or more) ▲Platinum (monthly KRW 100 billion or more) ▲Prestige (specially selected). However, VIP customers selected through trading performance certification from other exchanges will be assigned the 'Bronze' tier for the first month.

When selected as a Coinone VIP, members can receive a special fee rate of 0.02%~0.035% depending on their member tier.

There are also special services exclusively for VIPs. Coinone VIP customers can receive faster responses to inquiries through a dedicated inquiry channel. They can also receive exclusive events and promotions only for VIP customers. VIP customers are also given special gifts.

A Coinone representative said, "After a pre-launch in July this year, we have added benefits and are launching the official VIP service," and, "We hope you enjoy various benefits through the Coinone VIP Club."
