MetaPlanet, regarded as a strategy firm in Japan, reported that third-quarter Bitcoin (BTC) revenue approached 2,438,000,000 yen (US$16,560,000).

On the 30th (local time), Simon Gerovich, MetaPlanet Chief Executive Officer (CEO), wrote on X (formerly Twitter), "Third-quarter Bitcoin revenue was 2,438,000,000 yen," adding, "This represents 115% growth compared to the previous quarter."

Based on these results, it raised its consolidated results guidance for fiscal year 2025. Revenue was doubled from 34 billion yen to 68 billion yen, and operating profit was raised from 25 billion yen to 47 billion yen, an increase of 88%.

Gerovich emphasized, "The third-quarter performance proved the scalability of the business and further solidified the financial basis for the plan to issue preferred shares to strengthen the Bitcoin strategic reserve (BTC Treasury)."
