According to CoinGlass data on the 3rd (local time), a total of $385,540,000 worth of futures positions were liquidated in the virtual assets market over the past 24 hours. Specifically, long positions worth $128,860,000 were liquidated, and short positions worth $256,680,000 were liquidated.
The asset with the largest liquidation volume was Ethereum (ETH). Ethereum saw $101,610,000 in position liquidations over the 24-hour period, of which long positions and short positions accounted for $25,020,000 and $76,590,000, respectively. Bitcoin (BTC) saw $95,770,000 in liquidations during the same period, of which long positions accounted for $18,200,000 and short positions accounted for $77,570,000.
