Russia is intensifying attacks on Ukraine, including a drone training facility of Ukraine's Defense Intelligence (HUR).
On the 18th (local time), according to TASS and other foreign media, the Russian Ministry of Defense said it attacked the HUR drone training facility that day and said it had killed about 1565 Ukrainian soldiers in the 24 hours from the previous day to that day.
It also said that between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. that day Russian air defense systems shot down eight Ukrainian drones over Belgorod airspace.
The Russian Ministry of Defense claimed it also captured the village of Pleshiyivka in the eastern Donetsk region.
