On the 28th (local time), CoinDesk reported that Strive purchased a total of 72.3BTC for about $8.26 million. The average purchase price was $114,303 per BTC.

This Bitcoin purchase was made using funds raised through the exercise of warrants linked to a prior $750 million PIPE financing. Approximately 6.11 million warrants were exercised at $1.35 per share, bringing in about $8.26 million.

Strive's total Bitcoin holdings now stand at 5958BTC. The average purchase price per coin is $116,032.
