Stakewise, the Ethereum (ETH) staking protocol that was hacked the previous day, said on the 4th (Korean time) on X (formerly Twitter), "recovered about $20.7 million of the assets leaked in the Balancer (BAL) exploit."
According to Stakewise, Stakewise DAO executed a series of recovery transactions through an emergency multisig wallet, recovering 5041 osETH (about $19 million) and 13,495 osGNO (about $1.7 million).
This corresponds to 73.5% of the stolen osETH and 100% of the osGNO. The recovered funds will be returned to the victims.
