On the 11th (Korean time), virtual asset (cryptocurrency) specialist outlet Cointelegraph reported that Transak has secured a money transmitter license (MTL) in Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, South Carolina, Vermont, and Pennsylvania.
With this approval, Transak can operate in 11 states, including Arkansas and Delaware.
Brian Kin, Transak's head of regulation, said, "Every time we secure a new license, we get closer to a future where users can move fiat currency and digital assets smoothly and legally."
