Giancarlo Devasini, who ranked 3rd, is known as the founder and architect of the stablecoin Tether (USDT). His fortune is estimated at US$22.4 billion.
Paolo Ardoino, who ranked 5th, is Tether's chief executive officer (CEO). He is reported to currently have a fortune of US$9.5 billion.
The top spot in the ranking was Giovanni Ferrero (chairman of the Ferrero Group), followed by Andrea Pignataro and Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone in 2nd and 4th, respectively.
