According to Decrypt, a virtual-asset (cryptocurrency) news outlet, on the 9th (Korea time) SharpLink staked $170 million (about KRW 230 billion) worth of Ethereum on the layer-2 network Linea (LINEA).

In an official statement, SharpLink said it has begun a yield-generating management strategy by depositing its Ethereum holdings. This is part of the long-term Ethereum treasury strategy it disclosed in October last year. Previously, SharpLink said it would deposit up to $200 million into Linea over several years.
