According to on-chain analytics account Lookonchain on the 11th (local time), Bitmine, led by Tom Lee, staked an additional 86,400 ETH (about $266.3 million) five hours earlier.
With this additional deposit, Bitmine’s total staked amount stands at 1,080,512 ETH, worth about $3.33 billion at current prices. This is viewed as one of the most notable long-term Ethereum management strategies among institutional investors and digital-asset treasury firms.
Bitmine is led by Tom Lee, a co-founder of Fundstrat, and has recently been stepping up a strategy to manage Ethereum not merely as a held asset but as an income-generating asset.
