GOPAX discloses status of GOFi deposited assets… including 775 Bitcoin

Digital asset exchange GOPAX said on the 29th that it has disclosed the custody status of assets deposited in GOFi on its website.

According to the GOPAX notice, GOFi currently holds 706,184.46 USDC, 775.11 Bitcoin (BTC), and 5,766.63 Ethereum (ETH), among others. The notice also showed that GOFi holds Polygon Ecosystem Token (POL), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Stellar Lumens (XLM), Chainlink (LINK), Uniswap (UNI), Aave (AAVE), Compound (COMP), and Solana (SOL).

GOPAX said, “GOFi deposited assets are currently managed separately under a third-party custody structure, segregated from the company’s operating funds,” adding, “These assets are maintained solely for custody purposes and are not used or moved arbitrarily.”

It added, “(The status of deposited assets) has no direct relation to the repayment schedule or method for deposited funds.”
