Forecast Trend Report by Period

Arcium, a Solana (SOL)-based crypto infrastructure project, said on the 2nd (Korea time) that it has launched “Mainnet Alpha,” which enhances privacy features, and has moved from testnet to live operations. Mainnet Alpha is reported to have been deployed on the Solana mainnet.
With the launch, privacy finance protocol Umbra joined the network as the first application. Umbra plans to roll out a private mainnet in stages offering currency transfers and encrypted swap functionality, initially onboarding a limited number of users of about 100 per week.
Arcium said it is developing infrastructure that enables computation even while data remains encrypted, viewing the transaction transparency of public blockchains as having constrained institutional investor participation.
Arcium CEO Yannik Schrade said, “Privacy is not a specific feature but a core element of blockchain design,” adding, “Starting with Solana, we will expand privacy-based financial infrastructure.”
