According to a disclosure filed with DART on the 13th (Korea time), Mirae Asset Consulting reported that it acquired 26,905,842 common shares of Korbit for 133.47988 billion won.
Through the transaction, Mirae Asset Consulting purchased NXC’s 60.5% stake and SK Planet’s 31.5% stake, securing a 92.06% holding in Korbit.
SK Planet was shown to have sold its stake after exercising tag-along rights.
