On the 15th (local time), YZi Labs said on X, "We submitted the amended preliminary consent to the SEC on the 13th, and the document is currently under review," adding, "At this stage, shareholders are not able to vote or submit consent forms."
It added, "We will continue to provide official updates on the schedule," and said it looks forward to "building a stronger BNC together."
The filing is seen as a follow-up move after it submitted a simplified securities registration statement (S-3) in September last year.
