According to Cointelegraph, a digital-asset news outlet, on the 21st (Korea time) Adams said on X (formerly Twitter), “Scam ads keep showing up despite years of reporting,” adding, “There were even impersonation apps while the Uniswap app was waiting for App Store approval.”
In fact, when users enter related keywords such as “Uniswap” into Google Search, cases have repeatedly surfaced in which ads disguised as Uniswap appear at the top of the results. One user was even drained of digital assets worth hundreds of thousands of dollars after visiting a fake site.
