Nikita Bier, X's head of product, announced on June 14 that the company had launched its Cashtags feature for iOS users in the US and Canada.
Cashtags automatically suggest the relevant stock or token when users search for a specific stock or digital asset or type it into a post. The feature is designed to help users select the correct asset.
Clicking a cashtag lets users view real-time price charts for that asset alongside related posts on X. That means they can check the information without leaving the platform for an external service.
