President Donald Trump said a new nuclear deal with Iran could be signed as soon as June 14.
In a Truth Social post on June 13, Trump wrote that "the deal will be signed tomorrow" and said Iran would not have nuclear weapons. He added that the Strait of Hormuz would be open to الجميع immediately after the agreement.
Trump also criticized the Iran nuclear accord reached under former President Barack Obama, known as the JCPOA, saying his deal would completely prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons.
