BitMine Buys 20,000 More ETH, Leaving 380,000 to Reach Target

BitMine, led by Tom Lee, bought more Ethereum.

On-chain analyst EmberCN said on June 16 that BitMine purchased an additional 20,000 ETH through FalconX about five hours earlier. The purchase was worth about $35.85 million.

BitMine is now close to reaching 5% of its stated ETH holding target, EmberCN wrote. It still needs about 380,000 ETH, worth roughly $680 million, to meet that goal.
